About course

The child-centered educational method is based on scientific studies of children from infancy through adulthood. The Montessori Method of Teacher Training is unique where the instructor acts as a guide, assisting the students in conducting their own inquiry and discovery of a subject based on their own interests. A Montessori teacher’s goal is to help children develop independence and self-control. The Montessori Teacher Training Course goes over these topics in depth.

An MTT certified teacher:

• The teacher will be prepared to teach in any Montessori school using specific methods after completing this course.
• The teacher training emphasizes cooperative play as well as self-directed action.
