Candidates for the Diploma and Post-Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) are prepared for a rewarding career in teaching with the appropriate teacher training program.

An Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) certified Teacher:

• Understands concepts such as child development, child psychology, educational psychology, child health and nutrition, and child care provider of services, among many others.
• Is aware of how children think, behave, and perform, as well as their personalities.
• Has the capability to help children to develop good behaviours.
